The Warming Drawers are designed to fit most American and European cabinetry and complements the S and C Series Ovens. It keeps food at desired temperature until ready to serve. The settings are thermostatically controlled from high (210? F) to low (140? F). One of the features are slide vent control which keeps foods crisp or moist. The large drawer accommodates cookware, dinner plates and/or serving vessels. The accessories that come with it are a 6' grounded line cord that plugs into any standard 3-prong 110 Volt outlet and a removable "Half-Rack" for stacking casseroles.
